What it is
A single dashboard with separate landlord and tenant portals. When a tenant applies, the backend runs credit, background, income, and employment checks concurrently, normalizes the results into one applicant profile, and produces a 0–100 confidence score. Leases are generated and signed through DocuSign, rent flows through Stripe, and listings sync with Zillow — all with real-time status tracking.
